Terms of Service

By accessing qumrash.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All prices on QUMRASH are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you have selected USD display. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and are not obligated to fulfil an order placed at an incorrect price.

Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and fabric dye lot variation. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order and process payment (or confirm a COD order). We may cancel orders that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or otherwise in violation of these terms.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit/debit card payments via Stripe. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; QUMRASH does not store card details. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

If you select COD and refuse delivery without a valid reason more than once, we reserve the right to restrict your account to prepaid orders only.

We dispatch orders within the number of business days stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or circumstances outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within the return window stated at checkout (currently 14 days from delivery). Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@qumrash.com. We will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on qumrash.com — including product photography, copy, brand assets, and design — is the intellectual property of QUMRASH and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUMRASH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of your most recent order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
