Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you — and what happens if you need to send it back.

Dispatch

We dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a courier tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order has been collected.

COD orders are dispatched after a brief confirmation call. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, your order will be held and attempted once more before being cancelled.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. We partner with TCS, Leopards, PostEx, and MNP depending on your location.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is Rs 250. Shipping is free on all orders of Rs 4,888 or above. The applicable charge is calculated and shown before you confirm your order.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, you may return unworn, unwashed, unaltered items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unworn condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of perfume, deodorant, or other odours
  • Not be sale, clearance, or final-sale items (unless defective)

How to initiate a return

  1. Email support@qumrash.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the courier address.
  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using the original packaging.
  4. Drop off with the courier. Share the tracking number with us so we can monitor the return.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We do not currently support direct exchanges. To swap a size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrectly dispatched item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
